The Placement Committee acts as a strategic bridge between the Business School, students, and the corporate world. From facilitating recruitment processes to building industry relationships, the committee plays a key role in creating meaningful career opportunities and ensuring students are prepared to engage confidently with leading organisations.
What You Will Work On
- Facilitate placement and recruitment activities across the School
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, recruitment drives, interviews, and corporate interactions
- Support the placement team in managing recruiter and student engagement
- Maintain accurate placement-related databases and communication
- Understand student career aspirations and support their placement journey
- Identify opportunities for industry sessions, leadership interactions, and career initiatives
- Coordinate with students, faculty, recruiters, and other stakeholders
- Represent SRM School of Business Studies in professional interactions
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen industry engagement and student employability
